The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring growth targets for mobile betting are achieved.
2. Analyzing financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase profits within the team.
3. Ensuring proactive reporting on these areas.

You Bring:

1. Valid driver's license.
2. 12 months experience in a leadership role.
3. Track record of overachieving quota.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

1. Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets.
2. Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team.
3. Facilitate daily promotional activities.
4. Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns.
5. All campaigns/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally.
6. Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage).
7. Measure the effectiveness of promotions.
8. Use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion/event/campaign.
9. Conduct market analysis/research to make suggestions for improvements within the mobile department.
10. Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department.
11. The performance and team management of sales agents, including setting daily targets and conducting performance reviews.
12. Management of team members' leave, absenteeism, and attendance.
13. Identify potential Top Up Voucher outlets and visit them as required.
14. Organize continuous training to ensure sales agents understand the different betting types, betting process, products, and TUV.
15. Ensure that cash-ups are done following the cash-up procedures.
16. Responsible for ensuring that there are no shortages and reporting them to management immediately.
17. Ensure that Booster vehicles are clean, branding is in good condition, vehicle inspections are conducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced.
18. Submit Daily Reports and any other related duties that might be required.
