Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions. Provide referral to patients if specialist check-ups are required. Ensure timely follow up with patients conditions and perform return visits when required. Ensure up to date clinical knowledge. Participate in outreach and health promotion programs. Requirements: Recognized Medical Degree with full registration by Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine will be an advantage.
