Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction company.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day construction activities on civil projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers.Monitor and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.Supervise and manage on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, reporting progress to project management.Resolve issues and conflicts promptly, keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders.Collaborate with the project team to address design changes and unforeseen challenges.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in construction projects.Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and techniques.Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and safety regulations.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
