CLINIC MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations Management a. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic (meetings, trainings, etc) b. Manage appointment scheduling
2. Staff Management a. Recruit, train, and supervise staff b. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to improve staff productivity and morale c. Organize regular training and development programs to keep the team updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetics d. Ensure staff look presentable at all times
3. Client/Customer Service Management a. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly b. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty c. Ensure a high standard of client care and satisfaction throughout the entire patient journey
4. Sales and Financial Management a. Monitor clinic revenue and expenses to ensure financial health b. Ensure clinic achieves targets and do everything necessary c. Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting of clinic finances
5. Clinic Cleanliness a. Ensure clinic is clean at all times b. Manage staff scheduling to maintain clinic cleanliness
6. Marketing a. Plan monthly content calendar for clinic social media b. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients c. Build partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and influencers to boost the clinic’s visibility and credibility
7. Inventory, Consumables and Equipment Management a. Manage staff scheduling to check stock levels of medical supplies and skincare products b. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of inventory c. Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure operational efficiency
8. Compliance and Safety a. Ensure the clinic adheres to all legal, healthcare, and safety regulations b. Oversee the proper handling and disposal of medical waste and adherence to infection control protocols
9. Training and Research Centre Management a. Manage training scheduling b. Manage visiting Doctors scheduling
10. Skincare a. Work closely with Skincare Team to ensure smooth operations
11. TikTok Shop a. Work closely with TikTok Shop Team to ensure smooth operations
