Field Guide and Department Head
The ideal candidate will possess FGASA NQF4 Trails Guide certification, with experience as Assistant Head Guide or Head Guide. Proficiency in rifle handling (ARH) and first aid level 2 is also essential.About the Role
- Oversee field guide functions according to FGASA standards.
- Ensure timely allocations for activities.
- Manage company firearms as a registered responsible person.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop junior guides.
- Assist in incident management and emergency response.
- Maintain workshop and vehicle upkeep.
- Lead meetings and record minutes.
Requirements:
- FGASA NQF4 Trails Guide certification.
- Professional Field Guide and FGASA Mentor qualifications.
- Rifle proficiency and ARH certification.
- First aid level 2.
- Drivers license and PrDP.
- Previous experience as Assistant Head Guide or Head Guide.
