Job Ad: Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant Location: Johannesburg (Jet Park) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:30-16:30, Friday: 07:30-13:30, Overtime as required Qualifications:

1. Post Matric Qualification
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
3. Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
4. Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing at matric level)
5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
6. Quick learner, able to work under pressure

1. Creative Design: Produce eye-catching leaflets, catalogues, price lists, videos, adverts, and more.
2. Attention to Detail: Gather accurate technical and market information, prepare artwork, proof for accuracy, and deliver in the right format.
3. Event Planning: Manage trade shows, events, and customer open days with exceptional setups and customer experiences.
4. Resource Management: Maintain marketing equipment and display tools in top condition.
5. Literature Control: Oversee printed and digital materials, signage, and giveaways.
6. Digital Presence: Keep the company’s website, app, Rapid Trade, and social media up to date.
7. Customer Communication: Distribute key information and promotions while managing the customer database.
8. Brand Enhancement: Ensure company signage, training facilities, and customer-facing areas align with the brand.
