Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Work Type : Work from Office(ONSITE) Location : Chennai (Perungudi) Shift Timing: PST Time (7 PM - 5 AM IST) Experience: 3-7 years Job Description: Job Responsibilities :
- Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners in marketing OPT, CPT and H1B and GC/USC candidates.
- Must have prior demonstrated success in in sales i.e., placement of bench consultants on projects.
- Searching the requirements for the allotted bench using tier one contacts and through different web portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites such as Linkedin.
- Negotiating with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the consultants submitted at best rates.
- Interacting with Tier one Vendors and bringing new vendors to the company
- Calling prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Work actively with consultant to format resume for neatness as per company standards.
- Keeping a track record of rate confirmations and making follow ups about the submissions.
- Maintaining a track progress of each submittal during the process.
- Following up with the vendors on interviews schedules and coordinate between consultants and vendors.
- Maintain the database of rolled off consultants, getting their resumes ready as well as keep track of contract details such as project extensions, start and end dates for existing resources.
- Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales with a strong prime vendor connections.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
