CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

This role holder is accountable for the design and implementation of the Organizational strategy to achieve the vision of Lulu Money Singapore, establish and maintain corporate governance, ensure a sustainable level of financial business strength, and enhance organizational capability and learning. This includes developing a long-term plan for the Organization that should capture dimensions such as the profitable growth of the firm into new geographies and markets, diversification into new / related businesses, and development of new products/ technology. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s vision and establish a clear, actionable strategy to achieve it. Translate the strategic vision into long-term and short-term business plans with measurable goals for top leadership. Drive digital transformation, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets. Monitor the external environment to identify opportunities and risks, aligning internal initiatives to ensure systematic and timely execution. Prepare the organization for future challenges by leading change management and transformation efforts. Fulfill all legal, regulatory, and audit requirements following organization standards. Empower leadership to enhance operational efficiency and achieve full compliance with business, functional, and IT regulations. Oversee and drive the execution of business strategies to achieve consistent performance. Regularly review and monitor business performance, providing strategic direction and course corrections as needed. Optimize organizational resources to enhance efficiency across internal processes.
