Oversee data management practices, ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of company data.
Design and implement data collection frameworks, ensuring data is gathered in a consistent and reliable manner.
Analyze data to generate reports and insights that support decision-making across the organization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, including data security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Provide technical support and training to employees, addressing IT-related issues and ensuring effective use of technology.
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
Oversee the development and maintenance of databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and manage cybersecurity threats, implementing measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing relevant innovations.
