System Administrator, Smart Facilities Management Responsibilities Manage and monitor all FM related systems to ensure the highest level of system availability. Provide level 2 support and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents/issues. Derive and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, work instructions, and procedures. Be involved in project-based work for new implementation or improvement to existing systems. Support the DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system, maintaining the collection of data from various locations for central monitoring at IoC. Support the CCTV system from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC. Manage the Smart Facility System. Oversee Access Control, including card access and facial recognition. Manage the Electronic Key Management System. Update the Smart Facility Access list. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior from time to time. Role Requirements: Possess an understanding of Facility Management; relevant experience is not mandatory, but willingness to learn is welcome. Skilled in physical security management and systems. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent analytical ability. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Work well under pressure with differing levels of people. Ability to maintain confidential information and communications. Ability to plan and organize one's work in order to meet targets set.
