We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region. About the Role: In this role, the Executive will be part of a growing sales team dedicated to expanding our customer reach. The Executive’s main responsibility is to grow their dedicated market to meet Trella’s targets and vision. What You'll Do:

  1. Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion and close.
  2. Own, manage, and grow client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Visit adjacent markets of the designated territory and unlock opportunities.
  4. Help to drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory.
  5. Manage sales team with specific KPIs like lead generation and conversion of opportunities through BDRs.
  6. Responsible for achieving own targets as well as the team’s in a collaborative effort.
  7. Contact new and existing customers to discuss onboarding and developing opportunities.
  8. Meet targets set by Commercial Management.
  9. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  10. Answer questions about Trella’s products and services.
  11. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  12. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
  13. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  14. Provide customer service skills to listen to customer concerns and address their needs.
  15. Collaborate with sales management and sales operations to set strategies and implement best practices across their territories/market.
  16. Update CRM on a daily basis and create weekly reports to Sales Management.
What You'll Need:
  1. A Minimum Degree Required is a Bachelor in Business and/or Supply Chain or equivalent.
  2. At Least 4-6 Years Experience in a commercial environment with experience in sales and business development. At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company is a must.
  3. Candidates with experience in Selling Containerized Land Transportation will be preferred.
  4. Knowledge of import, export, port operations, shipping, and customs clearance would be a definite plus.
  5. The candidate is required to be Customer Centric, Process Driven, and can follow tight deadlines.
  6. Good Presentation Skills are a must and will be asked for a DEMO.
  7. A sales mindset with the ability to grow strong partnerships.
  8. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including operations, marketing, and customer service teams.
  9. Excitement toward working and staying organized in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment.
  10. Portfolio of achievements growing a business or product and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
  11. Salesforce Experience; Familiarity with Pipedrive and other sales tools.
