IT Manager (Ref# 066213)

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and lead the IT team in providing support to staff and minimizing downtime for IT systems 
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational needs
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
• Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and best practices to enhance overall IT competency within the organization

• DSE / Form 5 or above
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with manufacturing software systems (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM)
• Knowledge of automation technologies and IoT applications in manufacturing
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and team management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• requires occasional travel to manufacturing sites
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are advantageous
• Familiarity in C# and SQL is a plus
