The Company Our client, a renowned global bank, is seeking an experienced candidate with excellent people management and leadership experience to help lead a team and to deliver professional client services experience to asset managers. The Role * Relationship Management: Manage Transfer Agency relationships, including client plan maintenance, SLAs, and service reviews * Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at BBH * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to transform insights into valuable propositions * Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, BBH capabilities, and provide operational solutions * Escalation Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution * Issue Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of issues and proper documentation of client tasks * Oversight Management: Provide team oversight to uphold deliverables according to SLAs and internal specifications * Efficient Tool Utilization: Utilize systems and tools effectively for operational efficiency * Flexibility: Flexibility to work overtime and during Hong Kong bank holidays as needed * Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the Shareholder Services team, offering mentoring and support * Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to team members * Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance against set standards and report on results * Policy Enforcement: Enforce adherence to policies, procedures, and evidence of compliance * Training and Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process and provide training to ensure staff readiness * Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently to meet daily and future business needs * Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high standards Your Profile * Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Administration. * Experience: 10-15 years of experience related to client services, investor services, transfer agency * Skills: Strong time management, people management, and problem-solving abilities. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese. * Independence: Ability to work remotely and independently Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
