- Structural Review: Structural engineering documents undergo rigorous vetting by IITM.
- Drawing Standards: Construction drawings adhere to ISO 19650, and manufacturing drawings follow ASME standards.
- Material Selection: All building materials meet industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Establish stringent quality control procedures.
- Lean & JIT Integration: Incorporate Lean Construction and JIT principles.

- MEP Drawings: Detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
- Material Specifications:BOM: Comprehensive list of materials with quantities, specifications, standards.
- MSDS: Safety information for all materials.
- Quality Control:ITP: Inspection and testing procedures.
- NCR Process: Non-conformance reporting and resolution.
- Additional: Sustainability report, logistics plan (optional).
- Pre-Construction:Scope Definition: Collaborate with the project manager and client to define the project scope, including functionalities, specifications, and performance requirements.
- Design Management: Lead the engineering team in developing designs that meet project requirements, adhere to building codes and standards, and optimize for efficient manufacturing and on-site assembly.
- COBie Implementation: Master the COBie standard for efficient data exchange.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Material Selection and Procurement: Select cost-effective materials.
- Design Review and Approval: Facilitate design reviews and obtain necessary approvals.
- Schedule Development: Contribute to the development of a realistic project schedule.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Extensive experience in modular construction and offsite fabrication.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in DFMA and PFEMA principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Understanding of basic electrical and plumbing design principles.

- Familiarity with construction material procurement processes.
