Spa & Wellness Manager

You will form part of the Thornybush Spa Team (TGL and Simbambili). You will report to the Spa Manager and work closely with all the Spa Therapists. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a world-class guest experience. Ideally, you will have no less than 3-years of working experience in a high-end spa.
What you will be doing
Here is a little peek into what you would be doing in our Spa.- Guest Engagement.
- Deliver treatments.
- Selling treatments.
- Actively developing the Spa team.
- Assisting the Spa Therapists with their treatments.
- Reservations and front desk duties.
- You will assist with overseeing all admin and financial controls at the Spa.
- You will assist with daily, weekly and monthly checks including month-end requirements.
- Ad hoc Site visits

Technical Skills
- Somatology or similar qualification. An internationally recognised qualification would be advantageous.
Requirements
- No less than 3 years as a Spa Therapist.
- No less than 3-years’ experience in a high-end facility
- Excellent command of the English language
- Drivers Licence
