Our client who supports the Oil and Gas and Renewables industries is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. The main function of this role is to provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations, including the management of government websites and adherence to local labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with HR management to ensure effective implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  2. Government Website Management: Manage government websites such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, etc., to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Stay updated on local labour laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee the onboarding process, including legal registrations at the Ministry of Federal Authority, and provide necessary support to new joiners.
  5. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and repatriation arrangements.
  6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance.
  7. Support payroll processing and compensation administration.
  8. Performance Management: Assist in the annual appraisal process.
  9. Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations.
  10. Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  11. Support the deployment and re-deployment of staff across KSA.
  12. Maintain accurate employee records, including leave administration and organizational charts.
  13. Coordinate with third party companies on various staff requirements payslips, salary certificates, exit re-entry issuance etc.
  14. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
  15. Collaborate with Recruitment, Office Admin/IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
  16. Support ILF Group HR initiatives.
  17. Ensure adherence to ILF Group IMS procedures and guidelines at all times.
  18. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Competency Requirements

  1. Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations.
  2. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  8. Knowledge in Deltek Maconomy ERP HR module, JISR and troubleshooting issues.
  9. Experience in government website management (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  10. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies implemented in the organization.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
