Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create and develop interactive learning modules and materials using tools like Video Scribe, Camtasia Studio 9, and Storyline 3.0.
  • Storyboarding: Collaborate with instructional designers to storyboard and outline learning objectives for various projects.
  • Multimedia Production: Utilize multimedia tools to produce engaging videos, animations, and interactive content that meet educational goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and test learning materials to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and multimedia production.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in e-learning development or multimedia content creation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Video Scribe for creating animated videos.
    • Experience with Camtasia Studio 9 for video editing and screen recording.
    • Strong knowledge of Storyline 3.0 for developing interactive e-learning modules.
  • Creativity: Ability to design visually appealing and engaging learning experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality content output.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia software.
