Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Factory Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of their factory. This role will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and compliance to ensure the factory's financial health and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the factory’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to align financial objectives with production goals.
- Manage cash flow and oversee working capital requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Qatari financial regulations is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset and continuous improvement focus.
