You will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of materials and services necessary for our operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring on-time delivery, and controlling the rate of unconsumed raw materials (RM). Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential for this role. MIS Preparation , Excel report preparation, Vlookup, power point etc.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders.2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess inventory.3. On-Time Delivery: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services, in line with production schedules.4. Inventory Turnaround Days: Efficiently manage inventory turnaround days to optimize cash flow and minimize carrying costs.5. Raw Material Control: Implement strategies to control the rate of unconsumed raw materials, reducing waste and improving cost-effectiveness.6. Data Analysis: Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel, to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.8.
