Looking for a Chief of Staff for Chennai Location (Retail Business)Roles & Responsibility :Strategic PartnershipWork closely with the CBO to develop, execute and prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectivesAct as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challengesMonitor progress on strategic initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend solutions to drive resultsConduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practicesStrategic communicationPrepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports to senior management, synthesizing business metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-makingCraft and disseminate strategic communications on behalf of the CBO, including internal announcements, presentations, and speeches.Represent the CBO in meetings, conferences, and events as neededPerformance Monitoring and AnalysisEstablish metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards organizational goals and objectivesAnalyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to the CBO and leadership teamOperational Efficiency and Project Management:Lead and support strategic projects and programs within the CBO's portfolio, from conception to execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the CBO and executive leadership teamDevelop and propose robust processes and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvementStakeholder EngagementFoster relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, principals, and clients, to advance organizational goals and prioritiesAct as a key liaison between the CBO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination of activitiesKnowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavioural competenciesProven track record of driving Business initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable results.Experience in a similar or business management role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a plusFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlinesExcellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate consensus across diverse teamsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization software such as Tableau or other relevant analytics platformsAbility to effectively engage in data storytelling, translating complex data sets into compelling narratives and insights to facilitate informed decision-making and drive strategic initiatives AGG
