The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our surgical robotic products and services. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of medical technology and make a tangible impact on the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target audience.Contribute to the creation of marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with the end users, hospitals, surgeons, patients, PR and sales team to execute the marketing strategies and goals.Content Creation & Campaign Management:Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to raise awareness and generate leads for surgical robotic products.Create compelling marketing content including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, and social media updates to effectively communicate product benefits and innovations.Work with external agencies and in-house design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.Manage the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, timely, and effective.Digital Marketing & Social Media:Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for online campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve ROI.Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image through various social media platforms.Event & Trade Show Management:Plan, coordinate, and participate in industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences to promote the company's robotic products.Organize webinars, product demonstrations, and educational seminars to educate and engage with potential customers and healthcare professionals.Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and presentations for events and conferences.Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in surgical robotics to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform product development and marketing initiatives.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Support the management of customer data and CRM systems, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting of campaigns.Assist in nurturing relationships with existing customers, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to increase customer loyalty and retention.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.Reporting & Analytics:Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates).Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) to measure the success of campaigns and optimize future marketing activities.Prepare periodic marketing reports to track ROI, budget utilization, and campaign effectiveness.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.A post-graduate degree or certification in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.Experience:At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or technology sector.Experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement is essential.Familiarity with the surgical robotics field or medical technology industry is a strong advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing software.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail, capable of working on both strategic and tactical marketing tasks.Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus.Note: Interested candidates are encouraged to email their updated resumes directly to "jobs@ssinnovations.org".
