Roles and Responsibilities:Digital EnablementDeliver digital project management and automation services encompassing initiation, planning, design and execution, resource management, project estimation & budgeting, monitoring, governance & reporting for Sales.Develop and maintain a digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Act as product owner to develop & implement end to end processes and solution which supports sales team drive productivity, empower leaders in sales to take objective actions based on data, input activities and nudges, maximizing throughput from a branch based on branch potential, leads generated, relationship strength etcLead change management efforts, including change request requirement, review of BRD, conduct testing, communication plans and stakeholder engagement and monitoring during hyper care to ensure successful automations.Partner with training team to deliver training programs for Sales employees to improve digital literacy and drive adoption of new digital tools and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize sales processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.Sales Operation Create and monitor key metrics w.r.t policy issuance including the PFR management, provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.Sales hierarchy level interaction to drive businessPrincipal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision-making areasDigital EnablementDevelop a deep understanding of needs of sales vertical to enhance the digital experience and sales journey offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key digital initiatives and prioritize technology investments within Sales.Driving the sales planning process and alignment across cross-functional teamsWork closely with the vendors, IT team and relevant stakeholders on the requirements, development, testing and hypercareAnalyze key success metrics and incorporate sales feedback to optimize solutions to drive adaptability of new digital changesMIS ManagementSupport various leadership daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports and dashboards. Proactively work on escalating issues, smoothening of bottlenecks to key stakeholdersAnalyze activities, trends and compare the analysis against the service standards and best practices.
