Social Media Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's brand, target audience, and industry. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.2. Content Creation & Design (Punjabi & English):Ideate and create engaging content for diverse social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Canva & "Capcut or Filmora" (and other design tools) to design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials. Write compelling and culturally relevant copy in Punjabi and English that resonates with each client's audience.3. Platform-Specific Posting & Management: Schedule and post content on multiple platforms, ensuring optimal timing and consistency. Proactively post and engage in relevant Facebook groups to boost brand awareness and attract potential customers. Monitor and update stories, reels, and video content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts to stay relevant and trendy.4. Community Engagement & Moderation: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty and online communities.5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using platform analytics and third-party tools. Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to clients, recommending strategies to improve engagement and reach.6. Collaboration & Client Coordination: Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and adjust social media plans as needed.7. Trend Analysis & Continuous Improvement:Research emerging trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Experiment with new content formats (videos, stories, polls, etc.) and keep refining the social media strategy based on results.8. Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure all published content aligns with the client's brand guidelines, values, and objectives. Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality standards.Requirements:Must be fluent in reading and writing English and Punjabi.2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
