Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.Appoint suitable distributors and Ensure Primary, Secondary sales along with executing other important activities such as claim, CRM implementation. etcIdentify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, Kitchen Stewarding Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GM's and other stakeholders in customer organizations. Contacts in Paint/Hardware Industry and /or Car Accessories Channel/Market will be added advantageUnderstand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.Conduct product demonstrations, training and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities & adjust sales strategies accordingly. Also share inputs / feedback with internal team.Prepare sales reports, forecasts & analysis to track performance and provide insights to management.Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferredProven track record of at least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.Strong connections / relationships with customers that you can leverage.Strong understanding of the HORECA and related sectors and its dynamics, including knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
