Title: Project ManagerLocation: Chennai, India ( Hybrid )Responsibilities:Overall responsibility in managing scope, cost, schedule and deliverables according to contract with focus on quality.Devise and manage project plan, staffing plan, budget and risk planAct as liaison between onsite and offsite project teams. Build collaboration within project team among Solution Architect, BA, Development and QA teams.Adopt industry standard best practices while adhering to processes & procedures and ensuring compliance with client project processesWork with Principal / Onsite Project Manager or Client Project Manager in identifying opportunitiesTrack and report daily project progress, slippage, effort, resource utilization and other key metricsAddress inputs or concerns from offsite team members with onsite Project Manager and leads when neededCommunicate effectively with clients in identifying requirements and evaluate solution optionsUnderstand pricing model and billing proceduresRequired Skills:Experience in managing offsite development team and interfacing with onsite teamPMI PMP certification is a plusKnowledge in various SDLC models such as Waterfall, Iterative and AgileExperience in managing development or integration projects.Expertise in using MS Project or other tools such as Confluence, Rally etcExcellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge in drafting artifacts such as Statement of Work, Change Request and Status Reports AGG
