Key Responsibilities:Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations: Manage billing, collections, and credit management processes.Team Management: Lead and train a team of AR professionals, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Compliance: Ensure all AR activities comply with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.Reporting: Maintain accurate aging reports and provide regular updates to senior management.Customer Interaction: Resolve outstanding AR issues by communicating with customers and facility administrators.Month-End Close: Coordinate and assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.Qualifications:Experience: Multiple years in healthcare AR, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.Management Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing multi-facility operations.Technical Skills: Proficiency with AR software (e.g., #eClinicalworks, #eCW) and familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10% of the year).Additional Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct training programs and act as a subject matter expert.#Healthcare #HealthIT #Medicare #Medicaid #RevenueCycle #AccountsReceivable #ARManagement #RevenueCycleManagement #MedicalBilling #ClaimDenials #HealthcareFinance #HealthcareManagement #HealthcareLeaders #HCLDR #HITsm AGG
