Area Sales Manager (FMCG-Lower Trade)

We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven regional sales candidate to lead our sales effort in Central region (KL & Selangor). This role involves managing LOWER TRADE distributors/wholesalers, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective product distribution & promotion within the region. JOB SUMMARY
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.
- Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.
- To maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (distributors and wholesalers).
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- To handle credit collection and related issues.
- To secure the visibility of display areas for company products & maintain proper display/merchandising in outlets.
- To manage/ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in the FMCG industry; experience in Pet Food industries & lower trade management is an added advantage.
- Ability in data analysis and market research.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills with a positive working attitude.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Must possess own transport.
