We are a busduct manufacturer company seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for covering existing customers and expanding market coverage in West Malaysia (North, Central and South) and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) for Furutec Busduct products . You will develop a business plan and marketing strategy for targeted markets to ensure the attainment of company goals.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with M&E consultants and specify for Furutec's products during the designing stage of new projects to ensure that our products are favourably positioned for success.
- Build and maintain close working relationships and foster effective communication with M&E consultants, developers, owners, and distributors.
- Monitor project execution between the factory and the distributor's project team after receiving new orders from distributors.
- Responsible for forecasting monthly sales invoices (revenue) and purchase orders (PO), aligning with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
- Keep track and follow up on potential project status, gathering all required and relevant data, updating project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.
- Keep our immediate superior continuously informed about project follow-up status, highlighting challenges and opportunities. Stay on top of new and potential projects, market trends, and competitors' movements.
- Be proactive in deploying the EXACT CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for daily planning and reporting, including business calendar for appointments, customer, and project details.
- We will help you to achieve your sales target set by the company by providing product training, continuous professional development, and career progression.
- Identify any inefficiencies and suggest improvement proposals where possible and deliver the result within the value system of EITA.
Are you the one?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
- Willingness to travel ; candidates are expected to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Candidate must possess own transport & valid driving license.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop a customer base and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Good proficiency in English. Mandarin is mandatory , as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
