Responsibilities

• To carry out the QC activities: on-line inspections, QC lab testing, etc.
• To conduct all inspections and tests according to SOP.
• To monitor the pest control activities, and notify the QC Executive of any pest occurrence and infestation.
• To monitor and ensure that all staff follow the GMP procedures. To inform the Line Leader / Production Supervisor if any staff refuse to practice GMP.
• To record all QC inspection results and findings.
• Responsible to carry out the various testing in the lab (as per the scopes and procedures based on the Analyst Qualification (Chemical Testing) list).

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum SPM.
• Possess good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Able to perform lab tests independently as per lab manual/SOP in the QC Lab.
