The HR Specialist – Recruitment will be responsible for undertaking all Middle East & Africa hiring activities, from creating requisitions, advertising open roles, screening to interviewing candidates, closing hires, and preparing offers. The HR Specialist - Recruitment responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. Ultimately, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare requisitions and get approvals in the Recruitment Management System.
  2. Work closely with the business and Direct Operations to understand talent needs.
  3. Post job vacancies in different career portals.
  4. Conduct screening interviews for all entities.
  5. Coordinate recruitment & selection activities.
  6. Participate in career fairs.
  7. Prepare monthly recruitment status reports.
  8. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
  9. Attend face-to-face first round of interviews along with line managers for Indirect Operations.
  10. Arrange online assessments & prepare reports for all entities.
  11. Develop talent pipelines for critical positions.
  12. Close offers for selected candidates, prepare offer letters, conduct reference checks, and onboard candidates within stipulated timelines.

What We Ask

  1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an In-House Recruiter for Multinational Technology Companies or Recruitment Agencies focusing on the Tech sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Career Portals, etc.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English - essential.
  5. BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  6. Certified Assessor is a plus.
