HSE Trainer/IMS Consultant

The role is an IMS Consultant / Trainer where you are expected to technically support NBIZ’s products and services in the field of Management Systems and help the company grow in different sectors. The responsibilities outlined are as follows:

1. Execute IMS consultancy projects and other management systems as required.
2. Perform ISO Consultation, Documentation, OSHAD consultations, Audits, implementation & Trainings, including but not limited to:
1. Design policies and procedures form templates as per the client’s requirements.
2. Document and provide implementation support as per the project scope.
3. Facilitate internal audits and awareness trainings, including lead auditor trainings for the client.
4. Prepare the client for external audits and appraise them about ongoing processes related to certification.
5. Closely liaise with the sales team to inform them of milestones and payment collections.
6. Perform OSHAD Consultation, Documentation, OSHAD Audits, IMS & HSE awareness trainings.
7. Prepare technical proposals to support sales teams with correct technical aspects of consulting or training services.
8. Attend pre-sales meetings with Sales/Business Development Executives to support the sales teams in closing orders.
9. Perform internal or external audits for clients as necessary.
10. Create and maintain documents required for the Accreditation procedures of Nbiz related to Management Systems.
11. Deliver IMS awareness trainings, First Aids, health and safety, and other related trainings to clients from various industries.
12. Prepare or modify training content as required.
13. Familiarize yourself with Nbiz products and services available on our website.
14. Maintain a high standard of personal reputation and represent the company professionally at all times.
15. Maintain regular contacts with key clients and substitute for any absent employees.
16. Communicate clearly with business users in both verbal and written forms, ensuring precision and professionalism.
17. Exhibit a good attitude and multitasking abilities, and follow company values and principles.
18. Cooperate and assist other team members with official duties to help the organization grow.
19. Good English writing and communication skills are essential; conducting trainings in Hindi is also required.
