Hiring Talent Acquisition professionals at Sobha Realty.Experience - minimum 3-4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate)Candidate must be in the UAE, available for a face to face interview.Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidatesSourcing and building relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referralsScreening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positionsCoordinating and participating in the hiring process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packagesCollaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing recommendations on hiring best practicesStaying up-to-date with industry trends and laws related to talent acquisition and ensuring complianceMeasuring and reporting on the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and making continuous improvements to the process.The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in talent acquisition, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
