The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This is a diverse role that will be involved in key revenue generating projects across our Melbourne property. Tasked with being a trusted advisor and helping assist the business in achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with required frequency (i.e., Weekly, Monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where required.
- Support the manager to prepare and deliver Property and business unit’s annual budget and forecast.
- Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders, provide tailored financial support and understand key business drivers.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives including automation of reporting and reduced number of manual reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- Experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
- Experience in related fields would be advantageous, such as hospitality, hotels, and property services.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay business strategy.
- Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leads.
