THE ROLE The COO is integral to achieving TRA’s growth objectives. Reporting to the CEO, you will:

• Build Scalable Systems: Craft processes and tools that optimise resource allocation and enhance project delivery.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee project timelines and quality, championing continuous improvement.
• Strengthen Financial Performance: Collaborate with Finance to refine pricing models, cost control, and margin transparency.
• Lead with Vision: Inspire a culture of accountability, alignment, and innovation across teams and regions.
• Strategic Partnership: Support the CEO in aligning operational capabilities with long-term strategic goals.

ABOUT YOU This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. We’re looking for a:

Experience we’d love to see:

• Proven track record in a senior operational role within, or consulting to, a services business. Experience supporting a fast-scaling business would be ideal.
• Expertise in designing scalable systems and frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.
