Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow consultants and support team members in advisory and assurance engagements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with clients.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing control systems.
• Advise clients on improving and strengthening their control systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
• Utilise data analytics tools to identify patterns and emerging risks.
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising findings and recommendations.
• Ensure documentation is properly maintained and timely file closure adherence.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (entry-level).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma holders or equivalent in related fields.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CRMA, CISA, or CIA are advantages but not mandatory.
• Relevant working experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance roles is highly considered (experienced-hire).
• Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Strong integrity, values, principles, and work ethics.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
• Possess own transportation as the role requires high mobility.
