Job Responsibilities

  1. Performs administrative/clerical jobs for the purpose of assisting the Superior / Manager in the daily operation of the Residential Department.
  2. Assist to answer a transfer call from Landlord/Tenant/Others in management office inquiries about property matters, e.g.: Maintenance Fee (Assessment Fee, Insurance Fee), Gas Application, VP procedure, Property Management APP (WOOYOO).
  3. Payment Submission for Service Provider, e.g.: Security, Pest Control, and others.
  4. In charge of Properties assessment matters, such as checking assessment payment/assessment change name.
  5. After the VP Handover Key to the owner, update the owner information in the system.
  6. Weekly update clearance letter record, for the VP issuing unit.
  7. Check the Email Inbox/WOOYOO APPs for the complaints and reply.
  8. Ensure the document filing system is updated in a timely manner.
  9. Prepare a management notice from time to time and update the WOOYOO APPs.
  10. Combine and collect employee monthly work reports, residential data/information update.
  11. Deal with the internal department for the admin tasks.
  12. Carry out daily work documentation as required by the Superior / Manager.
  13. 5.5 working days per month (work full day on alternative Saturday).
Job Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Property Management field is required for this position.
  3. Fresh-graduate / Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  5. Excellent and proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
  6. Language required: English & Mandarin; Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
