F&B Supervisor Non-Airport F&B Outlets and Events Catering

1. Ensure all customers are provided with the best quality of food and service through cost effective and efficient management, assuring continuous improvement of food items.
2. Ensure that F&B operation is performed in compliance with the EKFC Service Standard including Hygiene and Safety aspects.
3. Ensure professional supervision of assigned staff by training, providing motivation and counseling to achieve the objectives agreed upon and provide the necessary guidance whenever required.
4. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement corrective actions arising from incident investigations.
5. Ensure that the standards of the service, the quality and prices of food items are maintained to a satisfactory level.
6. Comply with and practice EKFC Occupational Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
7. Responsible for implementing safe working practices and procedures in accordance with EKFC policies.
8. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

1. Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
2. Leadership and team management expertise.
3. Ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints effectively.
4. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
