As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Retail Operations department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.If you have experience in retail operations and are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV along with a cover letter specifying your areas of expertise and the type of role you are interested in.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth operations of the retail storesSupervise and train retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniquesManage inventory and stock levelsCreate and maintain visual merchandising standardsImplement strategies to achieve sales targetsHandle cash transactions and reconcile salesAssist with ordering and receiving of merchandiseCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellenceMaintain a clean and organized store environmentEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirements:Prior experience in retail operationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service orientationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
