Manager, Workforce Planning & Recruitment (For Qatari Nationals)Job Openings: Manager, Workforce Planning & Recruitment (For Qatari Nationals)About the JobDevelop the yearly manpower plan in collaboration with all departments.Develop and implement recruiting strategy and processes to successfully attract and recruit the best talents.Manage the plan and implementation of the Workforce Planning and Recruitment section activities and their teams.Requirements:Licensed or Chartered Professional HR Certification (SPHR, GPHR, CIPD).Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology.MBA is desirable.10+ years of experience in HR with at least 5 years of experience in an HR Management role.
