Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chatAnswer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional mannerEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolutionMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsStay up-to-date on client products, services, and policies to effectively assist customersHandle high call volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredMinimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to handle difficult and irate customers with empathy and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office and customer service softwareFluent in English and ArabicSaudi Nationals Only
