In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, asset services, banking and fund financing.We're in 17 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly Different talent to thrive.#HybridEmployment Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months; Full timeResponsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to complete and monitor data protection assessments (including Data Protection Impact Assessments/Data Transfer Impact Assessments)Identify, prioritise, and work towards mitigation of data protection risks identified through assessmentsAdministration, development and enhancement of the OneTrust applicationUpstream regulatory monitoring and assessment of data protection laws and guidance, conducting gap analysis against data protection policies and procedures and working with the business to address any gapsAssist with the assessment of personal data breaches and provide guidance to the business in line with legal requirementsAssist with responding to data subject rights requestsCompile training materials in relation to Data Protection, administering roll out and track to completionProvide input to board reports, committee reports, forums, policies and procedures, as well as any adhoc materials as requiredContribute to the drafting, maintenance and distribution of privacy notices, sub-processor lists, data protection policies and proceduresHelp respond to client / regulator information requests - Request for Proposals, Due Diligence Questionnaires, ad-hoc requests, audits etc.Minimum Requirements:Have a relevant degree or other third level qualificationHave demonstrable experience of working in data protection for a minimum of three years, preferably in a Compliance or Risk department and/ or Financial ServicesExperience with OneTrust application (privacy suite) requiredRelevant data protection certification such as IAPP CIPP/E and/or CIPMDemonstrable knowledge and experience with data protection laws such as GDPR.
