Senior Manager Sales Operations

A leading telecom software vendor providing network and service management solutions, is seeking a senior sales operations manager, for a 6-9 month FTC, with a potential to go permanent. work collaboratively with the sales leadership to raise sales efficiency, productivity and process compliance. You will be responsible for Creating, maintaining and enhancing a suite of standardised reports to support the sales team and senior management. You will also lead sales and lead generation processes, as well as: * Salesforce configuration changes to support new business processes * Management information, support weekly cadence, exec reporting, monthly board pack preparation. * Opportunity funnel oversight and accuracy, deal assurance / approval. * Booking and revenue forecasting * Bid management * Booking and revenue forecasting * Commission plan set-up and day to day ownership
