Bennett & Game are proud to represent a prestigious main contractor, specialising in office fitout, seeking two Contract Managers to join the company, based in Birmingham, due to retirements within the business. The Contracts Manager will oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional delivery from start to finish. In return, they are offering a competitive salary of up to £85k DOE with a generous package including 28 days holiday, profit-based bonus scheme and private healthcare. - Manage multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle procurement and cost control processes efficiently.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring seamless coordination across all project stages.
- Prior experience in commercial fit-out projects essential
- Within commutable distance of Birmingham
- Experience with CAT A, CAT B and D&B preferred
- Good tenure and seeking permanent position
- Prior experience working for a main contract on commercial projects is preferred
