Duties Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with financial reporting. Vendor Coordination: Communicate effectively with companies in China and the USA to place orders and manage supplier relationships. Invoice Management: Process, track, and pay invoices promptly while ensuring proper documentation. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations. Requirements/Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Accumatica, etc.). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in both Mandarin and English is mandatory. Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and maintain accuracy in all financial and logistical processes. Compensation range is flexible and will reflect the candidate's skills and experience. Role will require 2-3 weeks of initial training in Huangshan, China. #J-18808-Ljbffr
