Security Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations for a 4 man show condo in Upper Bukit Timah Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. The Security Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, respond to security incidents, and implement security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Security Team: Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure effective security coverage. Security Operations: Oversee security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and emergencies, and coordinate with emergency services as needed. Security Protocols: Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security. Reporting: Prepare and submit security reports, including incident reports, security breaches, and other security-related matters. Essential Qualifications: Security Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience preferably in a supervisory role. Security Certifications: Possess relevant security certifications. Desirable Qualifications: Relevant Training: Possess relevant training in security management, such as security risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response. Leadership Experience: Possess leadership experience, preferably in a security-related field. Knowledge of Security Systems: Possess knowledge of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems. Skills: Strong Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills to lead a team of security personnel. Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and implement effective security measures. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to respond to security incidents and emergencies. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
