Safety Co-Ordinator, Safety Health & Security cum Facilities & Fleet Management Job Description & Major Responsibilities To be responsible for ensuring occupational safety, health & security at the workplace. To oversee safety practices, execute SHS activities for compliance with legal regulations, and promote a safe work environment. To conduct, prepare agenda and minutes for monthly safety meetings with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meetings. To plan, coordinate, arrange, and conduct safety-related training for staff (internal and external). To perform safety inspections at office premises (including customer’s premises) and follow up with reports. To revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as and when necessary. To be onsite to supervise and monitor the safe operation of FSO activities (project-based) in accordance with customers’ requirements/protocols. To liaise with various agencies on the renewal of licenses. To be actively involved in facilities and fleet management activities. Other instruction(s) from superior as and when necessary for business operations. Desired Qualifications / Requirements / Competencies: Candidate should possess at least a Diploma qualification. Completed WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) and certified competent. Other certification related to safety and health is an added advantage. Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience. Possessing a valid Class 3/3A driving license is an added advantage. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. A self-starter, good communicator, with strong influencing skills and decision-making ability. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. Strong interpersonal skills including presentation skills, organization skills, and attention to detail. Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. Cleanroom experience preferred but not a pre-requisite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
