Safety Coordinator

Safety Coordinator Location: Kaki Bukit Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Entitled to Variable Bonuses + Allowances Responsibilities Ensure workplace safety, health, and security compliance with legal regulations. Oversee safety practices, conduct inspections, and prepare reports. Plan and conduct safety training sessions for internal and external staff. Revise and update safety documents (HIRARC, SWP, MOS) as needed. Supervise and monitor safe operations of Field Service activities onsite. Coordinate safety meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Manage license renewals by liaising with relevant agencies. Assist in facilities and fleet management activities. Perform other duties as instructed to support business operations. Requirements Knowledge of safety regulations and experience in workplace safety practices. Strong communication and coordination skills for training and report preparation. Ability to manage multiple tasks, including inspections and document updates.
