Job Description - SENIOR CATERING SUPERVISOR (ACC000081)SENIOR CATERING SUPERVISOR - (ACC000081)DescriptionTo supervise the team of the project in order to operate the project and dining room and ensure customer satisfaction.To ensure the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are observed at all timePlans organize and supervise the project operation.Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the projectTo monitor the quality and quantity of foods from the kitchen and to ensure that all menu items are ready for service at the appropriate time.Ensuring that all equipment and utensils in the section are maintained to the hygiene standards.To organize the service of meals in the Cafeteria to ensure that each area is correctly prepared for the services.To ensure that food is attractively presented for service and that staff are working in compliance.To compile staff rosters and work schedules, in accordance with the laid down procedures.To maintain daily cleaning and hygiene schedules, in accordance with the laid down procedures.To ensure that all staff are of smart appearance wearing appropriate company uniform and observe good personal hygiene practices.To assist in the compilation of statistics and to maintain records as requireTo ensure that all equipment is used in a correct and safe manner and to report any safety hazard identified.To ensure that the project is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all timesTo monitor and ensure adequate stocks are available in the project at all the tmes.To be able to demonstrate a polite and courteous manner when dealing with customers and follow employees.To ensure that the proper procedures are adhered at all timeTo co-ordinate the requirements.To undertake any other duties as requested.Primary LocationWork Locations: ACC-A110049-CATERING FOR P183-SPINE PRECAST FACILITY-NEOM Allied Contracting Catering Company Riyadh
