IT Director - Doha - Premium Solutions ConsultancyPremium Solutions Consultancy Dohaمنذ 4 أيامJob Title: IT Director with Real Estate ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced IT Director with real estate expertise to oversee all IT functions within our company. Located in Qatar, this individual will lead a team of IT managers and drive the implementation of new technology systems and policies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Oversight: Evaluate and refine technology operations to align with established goals and objectives.Policy Development: Create and implement IT policies and systems that support business strategies.Tech Needs Assessment: Analyze departmental requirements to determine technology needs and recommend solutions.Equipment Procurement: Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.System Evaluation: Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.Upgrade Identification: Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to senior management.Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise IT managers, computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals.Budget Control: Manage budget and report on expenditure.Vendor Relations: Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.Requirements:Bilingual Arabic & English language skills.Qatari nationality or NOC (No Objection Certificate).IT director or similar role experience.Analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, etc.Experience in controlling information technology budget.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication abilities.BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA preferred.Compensation:Gross Salary: 35k QR per annum, commensurate with experience.
