Key Responsibilities:-Direct and manage technical operations for the employee benefits departments.-Supervise the insurance placement process, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.-Lead the service team in delivering exceptional client support, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.-Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and the quality of services offered.-Liaise with various departments to ensure integrated service delivery and alignment with overall business goals.-Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.-Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to guide strategic decision-making.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Nursing or a related field.-A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong emphasis on roles in technical management or leadership within an insurance brokerage context.-In-depth knowledge of employee benefits insurance products and services.-Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.-Proficient in insurance brokerage software and technology.-Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.Joining SANAD Insurance Brokers means being part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to professional excellence and innovation in the insurance brokerage field.
